While searching for an engagement ring Mountz was recommended to me and I was put in touch with Jake. Although I didn't end up going with Mountz for the ring (reasons beyond this post), I feel the need to share my experience. Jake took the time to talk to me anytime I needed or had questions, was extremely timely when it came to providing me with renders of the ideal ring, and clearly took a true interest in me as a customer and as a person. He made it clear to me that he was putting himself in my shoes - we spent time discussing everything I thought I (and now fiancé) wanted and why. Then he would make suggestions from there, always with a reason, that were often bringing the potential price of the ring DOWN! Bottom Line: I have been in and out of many jewelry stores the past 4 months and the service I received here was above any other. I HIGHLY recommend them.

I worked with Jake McCaleb, and he was awesome! I wanted to create a custom ring for my then girlfriend, and he was very helpful every step of the way in the process. There were two things he did that I especially appreciated. 1. He worked with me with the design - he gave helpful hints, and tips from his experience. Very helpful. 2. He was willing to work with me with the price. I went a little over my budget, but he lowered the price significantly for me, so I was able to afford the ring of my fiance's dreams. Thanks so much Jake and Mountz Jewelers!

Extremely pleased with our experience at Mountz! We worked with goldsmith Courtney to custom design a setting for my husband's diamond wedding ring. Customer service was fantastic! Courtney ensured that we were 100% pleased with the design, and the final ring is a truly one of a kind piece that is constantly getting noticed. Highly recommend!
