The general manager of the store is the main individual I’ve dealt with, she pretty much lives there. Had an issue with a customized piece. She acknowledged the issue with the associate and made good on it. This was probably my fourth purchase or so from them. mistakes happen especially during their busiest part of the year. Otherwise all around excellent experiences whether coming in to pay a bill or purchasing.

Dropped a piece off to be fixed. Very rude and not dressed professionally whatsoever. ( not what I see in a jewelry store) . As the one young lady was looking at my broken jewelry under the magnifier.... the other young lady employee came over and pushed her out of the way So she could use it. When she quoted me the price to fix it I’m thinking “ at a place like this?”. Picked up the piece and had a whole different experience,, to the point it was like I was being pranked. The young lady was so professional as well as the other employees. Wasn’t sure how to rate this s, so I guess was from my first experience.

Horrible customer service. Employees have bad attitudes and treat customers as if they are an inconvience to assist. Seems as though they don’t answer phones in the store as while I was there, the phone rang non-stop and employees did not even show an effort to attempt to answer it. The system “goes down” whenever a new sale of merchandise is not made. If you aren’t buying the suggested item, employees become rude and dismissive. If you are shopping for jewelry pick another location or a completely different jeweler.
