My wife and I will be customers for life. The absolutely wonderful treatment and service we received when choosing keepsakes for our kids' adoptions, as well as a 10 year anniversary band, were beyond compare. We visited the new store in Lower Macungie and were so impressed with their engagement and care for our needs. Lisa (Redd's wife) and Amy were in the store that day, and helped us find just the perfect thing for each occasion, then made everything happen in a compressed timeline. We will definitely be back. Thank you!

Went in for change of watch batteries a couple of times. Very friendly, fast and affordable for repairs

Walked into the store for the first time and was impressed. I talked to the owner and he was really nice and things couldn't of been better. He was supposed to get back to us and never did. We would call him and he wouldn't return any phone calls and never did anything he said he would do. It is sad that he turned away business like that. I would not recommend this Jeweler to anyone.

They "appraised" some fine antique, artist signed danish jewelry at scrap value. I called and asked them if they'ed appraise jewelry( even older pieces) and they said yea what ever you got... when I got there they said. We don't want that we just want diamonds and gold. I called specifically ahead of time so I didn't have to make an unnecessary trip. And there is a huge difference between we will appraise whatever you want and we only look at diamonds and gold. How do these jewelers consider themselves professionals. Just say we only want diamonds. I really don't like people talking to me like I don't know what is valuable jewelry and call danish jewelry from the likes of georg Jensen, Neils Erik, and Arne Johansson alike literal scrap. I have a great appreciation for antique jewelry. It may not be diamonds but I think they are worthy treasures. Also anybody in the business should be very familiar with these names! And realize a piece of jewelry signed by one of those famous silversmith is literally worth more than say a gold band on a ring... but hey what do I know! * sarcasm
