My experience with the store was awesome!! I had some issues online with some orders and every single time I left the store I left with a satisfactory answer. The staff at Zales at Colonial Park are true professionals!!

They're customer friends very helpful and I sent in for a ring and left with more. They haven't let me down and I never waited and the store manager is supportive on helping you get the right jewelry for you and the one you love. I'd highly recommend zales for anyone that wants good jewelry and jewelry that looks great for years. Zales were you want to go.

I disagree with the 1 and 2 star ratings. We (myself and fiancee) had avery comfortable experiance while we shopped for rings. They weren't pushing or insisting we try other rings, they were very polite and straight forward. I would reccommend this location and again i dont agree with the negative reviews, also the prices were very doable, me and her had a budget in mind and we were well under it.

Every time I walk in this store the staff are greating me with smiles and pleasantries!! I purchased my anniversary ring and they checked out my diamond and found 3 of my prongs were gone and the 4th was on its way. My ring of 33 years came back to me sparkling wonderfully!!! Recently this store took my son under their care and helped him purchase some special items!!!
