Do not shop at this location. My experience with a sales rep by the name of Kim was completely out of this world. I’ll paste what I sent to the store manager below (to whom I have not heard back from as of yet). “I entered your store to pickup my wedding ring and band as I had some work done on them. I approached the jewelry case and your rep by the name of Kim asked what she could help me with. I advised her I was there to pick up my ring and had my email confirmation pulled up on my phone. She asked if the ring was purchased or repaired, so I advised it was repaired and proceeded to show her the email and my ID. She never looked at the email, took my ID and walked away. I waited at the jewelry case with my mother and watched Kim fumbling around looking for my ring, at which point I said to my mom “she grabbed my ID so quickly and walked away, so she doesn’t know it’s under my Maiden name”. Kim then walked over to the computer (I assume trying to search my information) looked up and asked if my purchase was under a different name. I said to Kim, it was and had she not walked away so quickly I would’ve had the opportunity to tell her it was under my maiden name (had she checked the email she would’ve known this bit of information as well). Kim then found the ring, came over to me had me sign a paper, asked if it fit, which it did, and said I was all set. I thanked her and walked out the store. I then remembered I didn’t get a receipt so I walked back into the store. This is when I heard Kim talking about me very negatively to her co-worker. I interrupted her and said it was very rude to talk about me, her customer, to her coworker. Kim then said it wasn’t and she found it very funny that I thought she shouldn’t have walked away so quickly during our interaction. I think Kim is rude, condescending and needs to be retrained on customer experience and her lack of professionalism. My husband and I spent a pretty penny in there on our wedding rings, amongst other items , as we love your merchandise and we typically have great experiences. I would hate to shop elsewhere because of Kim’s representation of your company in the experience that she and I had. It is also UNACCEPTABLE for me, as a customer, to have to endure that type of behavior from an employee PERIOD! If Kim was having a bad day or felt as though our experience was “funny” (quite frankly it was all the total opposite!) and thought she should share it with her co-worker, doing so on the sales floor in the presence of not only other customers, but the customer to whom you took issue with, was not the place. I did mention to Kim that I’d be speaking with the manager, oddly she found that humorous as well, and I will also be doing your online survey to express my issues with this experience.” Again- VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE experience at this place and unless this situation is addressed and Kim is addressed for her piss-poor service, I will NEVER shop this location again!

We bought our engagement, wedding ring, and bands from here. The sales part of everything was wonderful and friendly. Anytime we come here for cleaning or service we are treated poorly and disrespectfully. It's been two years since we've purchased from here and it is a complete regret of ours. my wife's engagement ring had to be sent back for repairs 3 times. Save yourself the long-term Hassle and go to a better Jeweler. We live locally keep in mind my review is about this specific location anytime we have gone to the Lehigh Valley Mall location they have been friendly, accommodating and helpful..

Horrible service !!!! Don’t go my fiancé was sold silver n was told it was white gold! He was also told he got a great discount !!!! Had it been white gold like The salesperson said it would’ve been a good price but we paid almost 500$ for silver ! After calling the store and leaving messages for the manager he never called back! We finally went in in person (we talked to Kim) we were very upset! She then turned it on us and had the nerve to tell us they don’t get involved in domestic disputes!!! We were upset at kays not at each other! I actually returned the merchandise at beldens n got a beautiful white gold diamond cross necklace on clearance for about 380$ n was very pleased ! But the same rep (Kim) saw us over at beldens and had the nerve to come over to beldens n tried to discredit wat really was going on n tried to make us look like the bad guys!!!! Never ever again HORRIBLE!!! There’s another rep in there but I forgot her name she’s from India or something like that (she’s the one who lied about the silver being white gold) ! I’ve had other issues to ! But I don’t have time to get into details just save yourself the headache!!!! I remember the salesperson who sold my fiancé silver instead of white gold - VENNY (came back to review to edit it )

DISHONEST AND DISREPUTABLE!!! My fiance bought my engagement ring here. It's an absolutely beautiful ring, HOWEVER, we were LIED to about the color and quality of the diamond. We were told it was an SI1, with a near colorless stone. We went to get it resized just before the wedding, only to discover that it's not the stone we thought we were sold!!! The paperwork says one thing, but the diamond itself is a LESSER color and clarity stone. These people are terrible!!! MOST IMPORTANLTLY, THEY WOULDN'T REFUND THE DIFFERENCE IN PRICE WHEN WE ASKED TO KEEP THE STONE FOR ITS SENTIMENTAL VALUE!!!! SAVE YOURSELF THE MONEY, TIME AND AGGREVATION AND BUY YOUR RING (AND OTHER JEWELRY) SOME PLACE ELSE!!!!
