I have used this company for many years for all our flooring needs. As manager of a local apartment building I work with this company at a minimum of 4 times per year. They are professional and courteous. Quick to help me accomplish my projects and schedules are always done at my request. Products are durable. I have used carpeting, vinyl and laminate. Install is professional and clean. I would reccomend them highly for your flooring needs.

Terrible customer service, sad experience. Walked excited to talk floors and paint for our new house because we would prefer to use a local company and my husband is a Benjamin Moore fanatic... had to search for someone to help us, we were received with someone who didn't care to learn our story or help us with this adventure. We had a piece of broken tile we were hoping to figure out how to work with- the employee looked at the tile for less than a second and told us they didn't carry anything like this and then continued looking at her computer and paperwork asking nothing further. We were hoping for a shop that wanted our business.

EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! Sales representative had limited knowledge of carpet, had to go get someone else in the back to help us.

A representative stopped at my house to look at my carpet as it was buckling up. He stated he would put me on the schedule. That was over 3 months ago. Another representative stopped at my home on another issue and stated she would check on the schedule and call me the next morning. I never received a call. Just lies!
