Today was the first time I used Water Works Plumbing services, and I was so impressed with the company. From the beginning, Natasha was very professional and polite over the phone, and it was extremely easy to book someone to come to my house at a time that was convenient for me. I was also sent an email notification with a picture of the plumber who would be visiting my house, which definitely gave me a sense of security. Michael was very personable and professional as well. All of the pricing was clearly outlined as well as reasonable, and Michael was very good about explaining what the issue was and only fixing what needed to be fixed. Update (11/15/2019): I had to call Waterworks plumbing for another job regarding my water shut off from outside. Mike came by promptly and was quick to fix the issue. What I love about this company is that they are very transparent with pricing. They have a booklet of prices that they show customers prior to staring a job so that there are no surprises, and they won't start working until they confirm costs with you. As mentioned above in my previous review, they send you a verification email when they're on the way to your home. In the email, they feature a picture of the individual who will be coming to assess the issue. This feature alone offers a great sense of security in my opinion. Thank you Waterworks Plumbing for the quality service!

I have used WaterWorks Plumbing for a number of years, everything was laundry washing sink install, to kitchen faucet replacement and just this past week a shower repair. Michael is usually the one who has done all of the work for us. He is a true professional, identifying the cause of the issue very efficiently, detailing the price upfront so you are aware of the cost before the work starts, completing a quality repair/replacement and ensuring you are satisfied with the work done by following up. He is also a very nice person, as is everyone you will encounter at WaterWorks.

I had a broken sub-pump replaced for just over $1100. I brought them back to replace a water line that goes to my fridge. I took their word for it that the current line wasn't installed correctly. That repair took just over an hour at $1000, that appears to be all labour cost as well. Friendly, fast service, but maybe get a second quote from another reputable company, the prices I paid are 4-5 times the national average. As a follow up, I recieved a call to ask if I was satisfied with the service. I mentioned the outrageous cost of over $850 to a replace a faucet and that I paid over $1000 to re-run a fridge water line to the basement and the response was that if there's a problem, "they stand behind their work." There are dozens of reputable companies that do the same without charging as much as 5 times the national average. It's insulting to suggest to a customer that their prices are justified using that logic. Yes, I agreed to the price and I signed off on it, but when you're overwhelmed with a series of other house problems, it's almost predatory to charge as much as they do in the industry they're in. I will not be using this company again, I will not recommend them to anyone. If I'm asked by anyone in my social or professional network who a good plumbing company is, I will gladly forward them a PDF of how much I paid, including over a grand for a plastic fridge line to be installed. I may even frame it, to remind myself that no matter how overwhelmed you are with problems, always get a second quote. Like this company "stands behind its work" I stand behind my statement - $1400 for a sub-pump replacement and $1100 for a plastic fridge line is borderline criminal. Avoid. Craig Hadley,

Sump pump was replaced in a timely and professional manner. Three months later, when sump pump pipes burst due to heavy rain, we called WaterWorks and received service right away. WaterWorks will go out of their way to accommodate customers, which is why I always rely on them! Not only will they do the service, they gave me super helpful tips on how to avoid future issues. I cannot recommend them enough. If you are experiencing any plumbing issues and looking for a service provider ASAP, give them a call :)

Alija was very professional and patient with answering all of my questions and even offered his expert advice regarding his findings (who've had installed my garbage disposal did so incorrectly, but he fixed the plumbing to ensure no leaks going forward). Would definitely recommend as he is very experienced and can get the job done!
