Our water shut off tap was leaking a fair amount we had to empty our bucket twice a day. We called Canada’s Pro Plumbing and they were just so helpful and nice. We had to call the City to shut off the outside water but when they arrived they couldn’t shut it off because it was broken at the curb , the plumber waited to see if they could get it off but they couldn’t. The next morning the plumber showed up did all the work well and our bill was extremely reasonable. It was a great experience and I would recommend them to everyone.

Great people to deal with, both the people in the field and in the office. Performed agreed upon work on budget, and on time. Would use them again for any plumbing issues.

BIG thanks to Ron, Dale and Don for taking care of my plumbing disaster. A BIGGER thanks to Christine for communication of scheduling so I didn't have to take too much time off work. Ron diagnosed a leak I couldn't find and gave me a fair price on some additional plumbing I needed done. Professional, courteous and they know their stuff. Highly recommend their services. Also, (and very important), they are fulled insured, licensed and WSIB compliant. NOT a "Fly By Night" company. Happy to have these folks in my home.

Canada's Pro Plumber has always been quick, professional and extremely fair on pricing for every project. From the simplest to the most complex scenarios they have proven themselves time and again. We would recommend them to anyone in the Niagara Region looking for a professional to do the job right the first time.

I cannot recommend Ron and his team highly enough. Shortly after moving into our house in St Catharines, our basement flooded and we had to reach out real estate agent for a plumbing recommendation. I called a couple of the suggested companies, but when I got Ron, even though I was calling out of the blue, it was like we were old customers. It was late Saturday and Ron couldn't make it out that evening, but could he come and have a look the next morning? When was the last time you had a tradesperson offer to come to your house on a Sunday? Ron arrived promptly, assessed the situation and guaranteed he'd have a crew in the next day, which he did. Later we had another flooding issue, and this time they were at our house within a half hour. They expertly cleaned the drain and had us back to normal in an hour from the time I called. These guys are efficient, caring and professional. Highly recommended. (Oh, yeah -- and very reasonable, too. Ron did not even bill us for his Sunday house call.)
