They were able to come on very short notice and were a total pro. I am very satisfied with the work and I would definitely use this company again and recommend to all my friends.

Lloyd's plumbing has knowledge plumbers. They solved a gas pipe problem I had for a few years. Every plumber I called during that time would come to my house would complain and quote me $1800-2000 dollars to fix it correctly. I said no because their explanation did not make sense. In the mean time they would tell me that there was a short-term fix and then charge me $400 to $500 to make the change. This happened 3 times and one of the plumbers was the gas company! When I called Lloyd's plumbing, he quoted me less than $200.00 without any complaint. He fixed the problem in 45 minutes with ease. The difference between the other plumbers and Lloyd's plumber is: he knew what he was doing. The problem did not intimidate him because he had the knowledge to understand the current set up and explained to me how the gas line to the pool heater worked. Afterward I felt so safe in my house because the pipes were flowing correctly! That was two years ago, and I have had no problem since.

We called Lloyds Plumbing for a leak in our slab. Fortunately we had no previous experience with this kind of event but Thomas was absolutely phenomenal. Not just in his ability to fix the problem but in the way that he led us step by step through the process of who to call next and how to get through the whole overwhelming ordeal. He was only a phone call away and answered all of our many many questions in a clear and professional manner. Thank you Thomas!

My problem was unusual in that I was getting hot water to every outlet in the house but over the last few months hot water was becoming less and less available - within about three minutes the master shower water would go from hot to cool, to cold. I removed and replaced the Moen balancing spool, hoping that it was defective and the cause of the problem but that did not solve the problem. The plumbing configuration in my house is somewhat complex and includes a recirculation pump that circulates hot water throughout the house as well as a pressure tank to control the water pressure going into my water heater. I called Lloyd's Plumbing and technicians Ted and Richie analyzed the configuration. In just a few minutes they determined that a flow valve near the circulation pump was partially frozen and creating a vacuum that caused a backflow of cold water into the hot water line that flowed to the master shower (the farthest water outlet from the pump and water heater). They replaced the flow valve in about a half an hour and the entire system works perfect now. It was a great relief to have unrestricted hot water back into my master shower. The cost was reasonable; Ted and Richie were both professional and competent and I wouldn't hesitate to call Lloyds again for my plumbing needs.

Thank you Lloyds plumbing. We had all of our Family over for Christmas and then a Baby shower with 40 people 3 days later. That night everything backed up. We called Lloyds and Parker was here first thing the next morning. Parker was extremely professional and kind. Super clean work and clean up.
