They responded very quick and came to our home the very next day. They were very polite, kind and helped us in explaining what was the exact problem with our kitchen faucet. They saved us a lot of money and helped us guiding and fixed our kitchen sink. I would recommend them firstly in and around Folsom.

It is impossible to rate DOMCO PLUMBING with a high enough score via stars!! The words quality of workmanship, excellent, superior, above-and-beyond immediately come to mind. I found my 20+ year old water heater with a slow leak and within 30 minutes of my initial call to DOMCO, two technicians were at my home to evaluate the situation and give me an estimate. I had called other companies as well. The technicians, ROBERT and QUINTON, explained there would need to be a couple safety code upgrades (for my safety & benefit) with the water heater being installed so long ago and gave me an estimate that was far better than the companies I’d already called-none of whom had even mentioned any safety code upgrades. I believe that would have had to be an added charge with another company, as the work was being done, which would have been an extra charge I would not have been prepared to pay at the time. ROBERT and QUINTON were upfront with me and I felt very secure in hiring them. The owner of the company DOMINIC STONE even called me to further explain or see if I had other questions regarding the additional work that needed to be done. Amazing professionalism!!! ROBERT and QUINTON were on the job at my home nearly 6 hours. They did not take breaks or stop for lunch...rather said they would not leave until the installation was complete and I had a good source for hot water. The end quality of the workmanship is outstanding, very professional. When people ask about it, I actually show them the installation as it is far superior to the previous installation. Their working attitudes toward each other in a close workspace was amazing—like a well-oiled machine. Each knew what to do to interface with what the other one was doing. ROBERT and QUINTON were extremely courteous and respectful in their attitudes toward me and at no point in the estimate process nor the 6-hr installation did I ever feel uneasy having these two “gentlemen” technicians in my home. Additionally, they were not condescending to me as a woman alone at any time during any technical or explanatory processes in response to my questions. It was a very comfortable atmosphere in which I was not at all concerned for my well-being. It was a real pleasure to have ROBERT and QUINTON working in my home. I absolutely recommend DOMCO PLUMBING and WILL HIRE THEM AGAIN for all my future plumbing needs. I also will request ROBERT and QUINTON do the work if at all possible in line with the job and their work schedules. Exuberant kudos and accolades for DOMCO PLUMBING and the highest of ratings from this extremely satisfied homeowner.

Outstanding service and competitive pricing. Domco sent someone out within 4 hours for an estimate and scheduled me for the next morning. My hot water leak was fixed within 18 hours of my first phone call. Pricing was better than competitors and they even took more money off when they finished the job early. Duane was exceptional! Domco clearly put me first and understood my frustration with this expensive leak. Highly recommend!!
