Terrible service, the worst plumbing service, they make the worst diagnosis, and on top of that they charge their estimates, and threaten their customers. BAD BAD BAD

Contracted with them to replace bathtub, install new valve, re-tile, etc. Never argued about price and waited patiently thru delay after delay. This problem-free work on my side took nearly four weeks to complete, even though tile edge still to this day has not been completed. I stupidly paid in full anyway and was even willing to contract for more work. That additional work was tiling a 40 square ft bathroom floor which was first to cost $600 and then $1200 a week later without any reasonable explanation. Now my calls and texts are ignored and I'm left with an incomplete project. Be very wary of using this company as they do not deliver what they promise (in writing) and will leave you holding the bag. This was a long-established & reputable company bought by new owner who is not reputable and has no sense of right and wrong. Don't let my experience happen to you. Look elsewhere. You'll be glad you did in the long run.

Showed up on time, polite service. I warned them I had roots that intruded into the sewer line down by the street, 80 feet from the clean out. They guy tried and couldn't get through it. I had it happen 4 years prior and let him know, you're cutting through roots and it will take a few passes. I understand the pipe there obviously has cracked open to allow the roots to pass through. After about 30 minutes, he gave up, called his superior. Who then came out, ran a camera. Said "We can't see what it is, but you need to replace your entire sewer line". "We could fix just that spot, but it won't last". I said I knew it needed to be replaced, but for now, just punch through it. I just spent $35,000 on surgery and another $15,000 on another emergency and couldn't afford another hit this week. I asked for a quote for the work they indicated was mandatory and asked them to continue with the snake to clear out the existing roots. They refused to try the snake any longer. 45 minute later came back with a quote for $7,200 just to fix the one spot and $12,800 to replace the sewer line to the street. In shock, I said let me think on it. I pleaded with them to at least continue with the snake, from prior experience, it just needed a little bit of elbow put into it, but he gave me runaround, repeating the same sales pitch over and over and continued to refuse to try again. The next day, I cleared my head and decided to call for a second opinion. The plumber came, ran a snake through the line again. Took about 20-25 minutes and they finally broke through. Pulled the line back to show that it was just as I told them, roots stuck on their blades. They gladly pulled the line and re-ran it through 4-5 times until the water flowed freely. Yes, it's a problem that needs to be repaired. I asked the new plumber for a quote to fix the problem spot. They ran the camera and quoted me $1,500 to repair the broken issue. So needless to say I was disappointed with the service call from this company. Very nice guys, but constantly tried to sell me on a $7,200 or $12,800 job, refused to make the effort to clear out the line as requested multiple time. To their credit, because they didn't resolve the issue, they didn't charge for the service call. But I would rather have paid them to finish the snaking job and not take another day off of work. The next guy came in, finished the job in less than 30 minutes and provided a quote that was nearly 80% less to fix the problem so it doesn't recur again. Hopefully this company can learn from this and learn to be a little more flexible. Again, nice people, but disappointed that they tried to force me into a very costly repair by refusing to fix my backed up sewer line.

Good choice if you are operating apartment rentals. Their professional communication about job status and tenant access appointments minimizes management stress.
