Used to be a great company, not so much anymore. Issue with my water heater, was repaired, 2 months later the EXACT same issue happened again. 2nd time costs more to fix then the 1st time (same service performed)....was told they only guarantee their work for 30 days....if I wanted no guarantee on the work or that the product would be sufficient, I would do it myself....going somewhere else next time.

Had a leaking toilet that we discovered on a Friday morning about 10 AM. I called Tom Smith and they said they would do their best to get me in but might not be able to get there that day. They had a cancellation and had someone there to fix the issue within the hour. It turned out to be a sewer line issue. They were able to fix it that day with no hassle. They did a 5 star job on a moments notice.

Tom came out on Thanksgiving to help us with our problem. Had a houseful of family, and had to go to a friends house for dinner. Anyone who would go above and beyond like that is tops in my book. Anyone who wants, or needs a good plumber I will definitely highly recommend him. He was a blessing.

Stay away. They do a terrible job, and are unfriendly. You will most likely have to pay another plumber to come fix their mess. They used to be decent. Far from it now.

Would give zero if I could. Scam company. Take your money, do shoddy work, never call you back. Great company. Do NOT waste your time and money with these guys. You will be forced to hire another plumber to fix their work.
