Al S. came to our rescue Saturday morning. A previous plumber did not complete the job from Friday. What started out as a small drip turned into a large leak. Al was able to repair the previous plumber's errors and make additional corrections. His pleasant demeanor, professionalism, and knowledge put my mother at ease immediately. (She felt that she was taken advantage by the previous plumber.) Al made several recommendations which will be completed in the future. Thank you The Plumbing Source for individuals like Al! We will be using him for all our plumbing needs.

They are the only pluming company I will call for pluming problems. Great customer service an great technicians. The technician came an gave me an estimate was very nice. They gave me a call the day they were going to do the work an told the tech would be there 9:15 am. An they were did a great job an then pluming source called me 2 days later to make sure I was happy with the job.

Dennis was a pleasure to work with. After having gone through a fiasco with a different plumbing company, he was able to resolve our on-going sewer nightmare within a few hours. Courteous and professional - we could not have asked for better service. Thank you!

My experience with the Plumbing Source has been awful. The first time Plumbing Source came out, they were fine. They found a leak and repaired it in my bathroom. The second time they came out, they did a pull and reset on my toilet. They also suggested getting caulk put in around bathroom fixtures. I said I would like to know how much that would cost. For two lines of caulk - one around the bathtub faucet and one around the handle - I was charged $70 plus tax. For work I did not authorize but had to pay for anyway. On top of that, it was done sloppily and quickly. Photo of the work taken right after the plumber left is below. The green arrow shows where the original work was to take place. The orange arrow shows a long caulk smear left uncleaned. The pink arrow shows a caulk finger print left uncleaned. The two photos show the only caulking they did that day for which I was charged $70. To pay too much for two lines of caulking is bad enough but to have it be done so sloppily is terrible. Sadly, that is not the worst of my experience. I called and spoke to Terri and Tony at Plumbing Source. Terri, who I was told would "make the situation right," extended her apologies and assured me I would be getting a refund for the caulking portion of the work. I was satisfied with that and waited for the check. I called her two weeks ago because it had not yet come. She apologized again and said it was going in the mail that day. Still nothing. Now I can't even get her to return my calls. I also spoke to Tony who profusely apologized for my experience. He said he would send someone out to look at the work and correct it. He too has not returned my calls in weeks. I am deeply disappointed in The Plumbing Source. I feel like I have been deceived with false reassurances and the promise of a refund to make it right. If you have the good fortune of reading this review, I urge you to find someone else for your plumbing work. My recent experiences, as well as those of my relatives who recommended them, demonstrate that customer service with the Plumbing Source has disappointingly deteriorated.
