NO STARS (GOOGLE makes you put something)!!!!!!! This company is the absolute worst. My wife and I built our home from the ground up in 2016. Jermor did the plumbing in the entire home. in the two years we've been there, 1)the Jacuzzi tub had to be repaired in the first month, 2) the garbage disposal had to be replaced and 3) most recently the Master Bedroom Faucet is completely shot and leaking so badly from the handles and the P Trap even when shut off, that I had to shut off the water supply completely. I called them as they were the company who did the work not looking for a warranty but I figured why not have the company that installed it to repair it vs. paying another contractor. When I called Paul, he made nothing but excuses. We don't do service work, I don't have anyone I can send, blah blah blah. But never did he try to stand behind his company's work. I mean, it's a sink! It should last for more than two years. Hence if you want quality plumbing in your new home, be certain that Jermor Plumbing is not the contractor because simply put, THEY SUCK!!!!!!!!

The manager Paul is very unprofessional. His customer service skills are lacking horribly. The way he spoke to the workers is inexplicable.

Great Company to work for. Work fast professional and do things right the first time. "Moving down the line".
