Drain was backing up. Unfortunately shares a T with neighbors house. Called, and made an appointment. Steven came out, snaked the drain, put camera in to see if anything broken. He was very polite. Put protective coverings on the neighbors newly painted basement floor.. and provided a lot of information about the cause, and possible cure options to stop it from happening again. Cost charged was quote given. I would call again. Dave

I am rating A&E Plumbing (aka Anytime Plumbing) 5 stars Excellent rating, not only for the company but for the workers...including the answering service. For the third time this year, our renters called us to let us know that the water wasn't draining from the utility tub, the kitchen sink, the bathtub and the toilet. We had called our plumber that we have on speed dial and he came right out. Unfortunately, he let me know that this time it was something that he wasn't able to fix; the ejector/grinder pump. So, I called the company that installed the pump and tapped me into the sewer line (that ran behind the house) back in January 1998; A&E Plumbing. They came right out and started checking into the problem. Curtis R and Chris H were the guys that were working on this job and they were friendly, patient and kind. However, the job was bigger than anyone had expected and they were going to need to come back the next day. The next day they came back with a back hoe and forcefully pulled out the pump and found that it was encased in tree roots. This was starting to look like a much bigger problem. As they were deciding what to do, I remembered that Clinton Township had just 2 years prior pulled the sewer lines through the front of the house. Maybe it was possible to tap in there...? Curtis R was on the job and immediately went into action. He had conversations with the owner of A&E, he called all the departments at Clinton Township for me...and because of his due diligence, they were able to figure out a way to do this and save us some money. Curtis R is a positive, friendly, calming guy who seems to always be in a good mood and is diligently trying to help out the customer...even after being sprayed with sewer water! The job is done, the renters have water and we are happy. Thank you to Curtis, Chris, Rodney, Rob, Ken and the owner of A&E.

The team over at A&E Plumbing has been wonderful to work with. These guys work around the clock, and have been out to the house at 2am in the worst situations. I keep their number in my phone now so I can call them asap in case something happens again.
