I can't believe that I didn't notice or heed the other review that is on Google. I'm writing a review now to ensure that no one else misses a negative review like I did. Reynolds came out to assess the pipes in our basement as there were some leaks. There were 3 long pipes to replace, which means it would have been a nice-sized job -- we also mentioned that we need to put in a sump pump (this shouldn't determine the level of service anyone receives, but making it obvious). They came out and measures the pipes, charged us $75, and said that they'd call with a quote and come the next day. My husband took the next day off to be around for the plumbers (who never followed up with a quote), and upon calling their dispatch, was told that his message was going to be relayed and never received a call back. Shortly after, our pipes burst again on a Friday and my wife called at around 7:30pm and requested to the dispatcher that we get a call back. Once the plumber called, he made it clear that he didn't have the measurements and said, "I'm not in front of a computer, I'm trying to have dinner with my family." NO ONE SHOULD EVER CALL THIS COMPANY. They are unprofessional, have no vested interest in their customers, don't follow up, and as far as I'm concerned, are schemers who basically took me for $75. I'm a Cranford resident and want to support local businesses, but as far as I'm concerned, Reynolds could go out of business and the community they claim to serve wouldn't even miss them. I plan to take this review to every site, so GOOD JOB Reynolds.

Have used this company a number of times. From plumbing to HVAC..Always reliable, professional and reasonably priced. Will call again when I need services they provide.

I could not recommend these professionals more. From a quick fix of a busted pipe in the winter, to a massive grease clog from previous homeowners- they were knowledgeable, courteous, and efficient. Their service is quick and reliable.

We have used Reynolds Plumbing numerous times since we moved to Cranford almost 29 years ago. We have always had good service and they have always been very responsive, particularly when our water heater broke. The service we recently experienced went well beyond the normal expectation in my opinion. We had been having a problem with a faucet and while they were able to fix it initially after some time it became problematic again. We were exceptionally pleased that they contacted the manufacturer and worked with them to get the situation resolved. While I have a sense that they worked with the manufacturer because we were a long time customer I would imagine that many a service person would have just told us we needed a new faucet and we would have just accepted that we had to do so.

This company is the most unprofessional company I have ever encountered. I was referred to these uneducated disrespectful liars by Elizabeth Town & Gas for a problem with the heating in my home. After being scheduled for an appt 4 days away from when I called ( they claim they provide 24 hr service) between the hrs of 2-6pm. I was called at 9:45am and told that the tech had a a funeral to go to and if I would allow him to come earlier. I obliged and waited up to 1pm. After calling the office to inquire about the status of my appointment I was totally shocked by what happened next. The degenerate who calls herself the lady in charge became confrontational when I told her no 1 has come to my house. She was very rude, loud, and said find another plumber and hung up the phone! Lets 1st address which company calls a customer to say they have to go to a funeral? 2nd If my appt was from 2-6 and I call at 1pm, why should my appt be canceled stating that no 1 answered the door. And lastly, what company yells at the customer and hangs up on them, Twice!! I don't know why Elizabeth Gas Co. is referring people to this sham of a company.
