Tech arrived within an hour of my call on a Saturday morning, and dealt with my issue quickly and thoroughly. I was informed of all options and associated costs prior to the work being done. I was extremely happy with the work that was done, and will call Mr. Rooter for all of my plumbing needs from now on. I have already recommended them to several of my friends.

Significantly less expensive than other comps quoted in the area. I’ve used Mr. Rooter twice for major drain clogs - they came in a reasonable amount of time, were courteous and respectful of the dilemma at hand. I highly recommend.

I was able to get an appointment within 30 minutes. The service person was respectful and competent. He answered all questions and finished the job quickly. I would recommend Mr. Rooter to my friends and family.

Service was excellent. They were quick to reply to our request for service. Wait time for an appointment was just a couple days. (our job was not urgent) *****The service man put booties over his shoes before he entered the house!! ****** The job was completed in a timely and efficient manner. No mess was left for us to clean up upon job completion. We couldn't be happier with the finished work!!
