I called Frecka to see about getting our main first floor toilet fixed that started leaking over the weekend. I spoke with Gary who gave me pricing and said they would be able to come the next day so I scheduled. I called another plumbing company who was able to come out same day so I scheduled with them and called Gary back to cancel. He asked if I wanted to reschedule and I said no that I called another company. He then asked if they were cheaper and I said yes it sounds like they might be, and before I could even say that they could come to fix my issue same day, Gary interrupted to say “well we have the reputation, no one has the reputation we have, good luck with that.” He was so rude! Maybe they do good work, but I’ll never be calling them again after being spoken to that way.

Don't bother calling Frecka! I called yesterday to get estimates for some work I need done in my house. They called me back today to say they can't even come out until late fall because of all the commercial work they have right now. Apparently they have so much work they don't need my business.

Echoing the statement of someone else. Its not always the cheapest option, but they've always had the part I needed and knowledgeable. Would recommend.
