Highly recommend Plumbing 911. Service and prices are excellent. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

After Toto rooter failed to show up I called plumbing 911. The plumber showed up an hour and half after the window time. They did call to tell me he was running behind because of the previous job but when the guy showed up and my wife told him what was wrong and what we wanted done. He complained about the tight space where the leak was and simply said just the trap had dropped. He lifted the trap and tightened it and said it was fine. Charged us a 105$ service call for basically doing nothing. We now have Ben Franklin plumbing here fixing it the right way.

Our kitchen sink was completely blocked up and snaking did nothing at all. John S. was efficient and professional in fixing our problems, walked us thru every step of how it happened, how he was fixing it, and what we could do to avoid it happening again in the future. John was more than fair with us and gave great ideas for further renovations. Thanks a lot!

We called at 10:15pm. They were told the problem was in our only bathroom in the house and the temps are in the single digits. The answering service said we would get a call, but it never came. For a 24hr service, this is incredibly poor customer service. We had to call in a family member from over an hour away in the morning with a toilet auger in order to have a working toilet and get ready for work. Even a call just to let us know when the ETA was would have alleviated some of our aggravation. Instead, we got nothing.

From start to finish, they were great to work with. Shane was the plumber that came to the house and he was professional, personable, thorough, and took the time to explain things to me. I was given options and the pro's/con's of each. I'd priced other services and they seemed to offer the best value overall. To me, this is exactly how this type of business should be run. I'm hoping that I don't have to call them anytime soon...but I have no problems recommending them to everyone else.
