This was the worst experience in my life with a service provider. I wish my home warranty company had never assigned them to do the work. They called me on Tuesday (04.03.18) and said they would be at my house Wednesday between 9:00am and 12:00pm. They called me on Wednesday around 10:00am to inform me that they do not have any technicians in my area, and that they will try to get someone out in the afternoon. At 3:00pm my kitchen sink overflowed again. I called them to complain that no one had called yet or showed up. Someone finally showed up at 4:30pm. He could not fix the issue and said someone would be out first thing Thursday morning. I called Thursday morning to make sure they were coming, and was assured someone would be out shortly. I had to call them at 12:00pm to complain again that no one has showed up. They finally showed up at 1:00pm. They snaked the main drain, but that did not fix the issue. They said it was a venting problem and could not fix it that day. I had already missed two days of work and they wanted me to miss another, all because they couldn't show up when they said they would. They stated that my water softener being hooked into that drain was the cause. I work at one of the largest fire sprinkler companies in the world, so I know water flow. There is no reason for that to cause it. All they wanted to do is blow me off and move onto the next house. I will never use their services and would pay two times the amount they wanted to charge me for someone that actually cares about what they do. I know for sure that it is not a venting issue. I vented the drain myself and it's still backing up. There is some other underlying issue. I now know why their online reviews are so bad. If it wasn't for the home warranty company choosing them I would have gone with another company. I will hire a reputable company on my own and get someone that knows what they are doing. At least someone that cares about customer service.

I would never recommend this company to anyone. Our Home warranty set us up with this company in order to get a new hot water tank. That entire process was fantastic however we then purchased a circulator for our new hot water tank from them and that’s where things went downhill. We were quoted $510.00 for the circulator which is a lot of money but we figured it would be worth it. The company neglected to tell us that after they installed it, we would have to then hire an electrician to hook it up in order for it to work!!! They were negligent for not informing us of that pretty big piece because that cost us another $120 which we weren’t expecting to have to pay. When I asked them to adjust the price for their mistake I was told the manager would give me $10 off my bill!!! Their mistake and negligence was worth $10??? That is insulting and poor customer service.

We had ASA Home Warranty assign us Wiese Plumbing. We researched and found horrible reviews of Wiese Plumbing and were really nervous about them. But our experience was the exact opposite. There were very minor issues that caused me to give a 4 instead of 5, but I had a great experience overall. - Heather and anyone else who answers the phone I may have talked with was extremely pleasant and helpful. - Dan was my plumber. Dan was pleasant and worked his tail off and replaced ALL of our old copper plumbing in the guest bath and kitchen in about 5 - 6 hours. He had an assistant with him but I never got his name. - Had to call right after Dan left because there was a slow drip in one of the new pipes and a rattling noise when we flushed the toilet. Heather hooked us right up and had Arthur come out two days later to check on it. Arthur was hilarious. First, the drip stopped before he arrived. And the noise I was hearing was a change in water pressure causing the pipes to move and bang. Arthur didn't have clamps and offered to go get some but would have to come back another day. I asked if it was something I could do myself and he said all I needed was pipe insulation - which cost me $1 and a trip to Home Depot, but saved me having to take off work again. The only "issues" I had: - There was minor miscommunication regarding what needed to be done when Dan arrived. Dan thought he was coming to snake a drain instead of replace piping. Once I showed him the area he said he needed the parts and would be back. Nobody is perfect and mistakes happen, and I think many negative reviews about this company and in general are from people who expect perfection from imperfect people. - Plumbing is a messy job and Dan tried cleaning the best he could - but their are still a few spots behind we are trying to get cleaned up. But considering how hard he worked it's the least I could do. I don't normally leave reviews, good or bad. But I was so taken a back by all the bad reviews that I wanted to make sure I shared my great experience with them.

Worst customer service EVER. They cancel scheduled appointments, misplace your work orders and it takes them multiple appointments to get the job completed correctly.

Very sorry I used this company. I needed an aluminum rod put in my water tank because of the smell of the water. It had been diagnosed by several people and this company is close, so I thought I would try them. I sent them the model & Ser. number and they said they would get the part and be out in two days. They showed up on the correct day but some how did not have the right part even after I sent them all the information. The two plumbers they sent had no idea what they were doing. They didn't even know what a power vent water heater was. He started to tell me this wouldn't fix the issue even though their office and three other people told me this was the issue. He had to leave and go find the part somewhere and had to call someone else to tell him where it went in the water heater. They did get it fixed after a couple hours but I am still concerned if they did everything right. What told me the most about the company is I called for the owner a couple days later and the office manager (who was very nice) told me he would call me. It has been two weeks and I am still waiting for that call. I don't ever write reviews but if they don't care enough about their reputation to call me back, I guess I should be ok telling me story.
