Cody the technician came out on Christmas Eve. He took care of my problem. He was friendly and knowledgeable and very neat. Mr. Rotor is very reasonable and I would recommend them with any issue you may have.

Used Mr. Rooter several times before without a problem. But last Friday I had an outdoor faucet installed and I was not happy with it because the plumber installed a 6 inch blue pipe running down the exterior wall. I should have objected right then and there, but I paid them. When my boyfriend saw it, he was not happy and called to complain. They wanted to charge me an additional $220 to switch the faucet out. I posted a one star review and complained to BBB. The very next day they came and switched it out at no additional charge, so I deleted my one star post and have now given them 4 stars. I will still use them in the future. The plumbers have all been respectful and will quote the price to you before they begin the work. The business owner of the Cranberry office could improve on his customer relations, as well as the supervisor in the Pittsburgh office. She could have cared less. But, except for this issue, the plumbers have been great, especially Matt and Kevin.

Screwed my daughter on a simple sump pump replacement. $270 just for labor, took 20 minutes to replace. Her basement had flooded a couple of times and she needed it done. Took advantage of her, and it took 5 phone calls from me to speak with a manager. Avoid at all costs.

I am posting for a friend of mine who has no computer. Mr. Rooters worker told him what he thought needs to be done and it turned out a very expensive estimate. I insisted he gets a second and third opinion which was a good suggestion, because a local plumber found that it was not necessary to dig up his lawn and fixed it. So it was a bill of 85 $ instead of 6500 $ Just get a second opinion before you trust this guys. Just my opinion.
