Brian Robinson has been my home and auto insurance agent for 5+ years and I am thrilled with his service. He keeps in contact, answers me back right away if I have a question and is always polite, friendly and knowledgeable. He seeks out the best rates for me, which I really appreciate. I've recommended Brian to several people and they are all extremely happy with his customer service as well. Highly recommended!!

I have been using Brian Robinson as my insurance agent for a very long time now and have been very pleased with not only his service but also his agency. He took the time to ensure my policy was a match for my needs and was always able to handle changes promptly when my life and business environment changed over the years. Each time, he kept my interests in mind and helped me to understand the changes I was needing. Several years back when I moved into a new (to us) home, his underwriting staff pointed out some improvements that would help prevent theft. Our garage door was broken - really broken. It was pretty obvious. They weren't demanding about it and I could tell they were looking out for my best interest. I would do business with Brian again and and am glad to be working with him now.

I cannot recommend Brian’s agency due to extremely poor service. I expect integrity, professionalism and advocacy in my insurance agent. I did not receive that from Brian. The company he represents, Burns & Wilcox, “recommended” (read: demanded) our small business make some expensive changes to its interior. And the justification for those changes? Burns & Wilcox would not provide a valid justification; the company originally provided two reasons, but neither were accurate. When pointed out that neither reason was valid, a good insurance agent would have been an advocate for his clients. I expected Brian to tell Burns & Wilcox that if the company could not cite any code or law that required us to make the changes that we didn’t have to alter our interior. Instead, Brian gave us an ultimatum: Make the changes demanded by x-date, or he would cancel our policy. We saved him the trouble by canceling it ourselves. We also filed a complaint with the Oregon Insurance Commissioner’s office against Burns & Wilcox, and Brian Robinson’s agency for harassment and intimidation. There’s no excuse for the way Brian handled himself with our business. He either works for us or against us, and he definitely was not working for us.

We have had Brian Robinson as our insurance agent for years and couldn't be happier with him! He's super nice, very accommodating, always quick to respond, and has great rates! Would definitely recommend him for all of your insurance needs!

WOW!!!! Can anyone tell me why nut jobs like John Anderson are allowed on the internet I mean I believe in free speech but it looks like he found Google to use as his personal complaint forum why not work out your issues before you slam people doing there jobs to try and help people to resolve there issues in life Brian Robinson is a fair and honest agent with nothing but his clients needs his foremost concern and you slam him for something not even in his control I read your reviews all of them and you just had to rip everyone you don't like well it's just sad that it's so important to you to post negative reviews instead of finding solution to the problem with those people your cutting down I see a weed leaf on your homepage thought that was supposed to make people mellow maybe you need to smoke ALOT before you comment on things in your life
