Just awful. The taco bell menu has half hidden behind the drink fridge. Had to repeat my order 3 times (me: I'll have the 7-layer burrito. Cashier: which one? Me: the 7-layer burrito. Cashier: which number is that? Me: T9 but I don't want combo, just the burrito. Cashier: ok, which burrito? 🤦‍♀️) Didn't give me my cup for my drink, had to ask for it only to realize they were out of lids, which would have been useful to know given our order was to go. The burrito was lukewarm, the rice was so old and crunchy I had to pull most of it out as I couldn't even chew it. And! they folded it wrong so I had a layer of just rice, then a layer of just just sour cream, then a layer of just beans, etc. They didn't even give us napkins. Save your money and don't bother with this location.

Taco Bell is my favorite fast food place but this location is a disgrace. The crunch wrap supreme is the pinnacle of Mexican food. This place does not serve them as the chefs/innovators/geniuses at Taco Bell intended when they devised this delicacy at their test kitchen. The tortilla was stale and the filling was almost entirely lettuce. Next time you are in America give Taco Bell a try. Give this place a pass.

I mean let’s all be honest here, it’s Taco Bell. We are not expecting the world but this place was just awful. The staff have early no desire to serve people, they don’t know know their own menu. While waiting for my food I saw at least four people come back saying something was wrong. The lady after me was mid order when the cashier stopped to answer his cellphone and walked away. The kitchen was in despair. Food all over the floor and counters, garbages overflowing. I would also say they are grossly understaffed with may be contributing to the problems. I’ll be steering clear from this location for the foreseeable future.

Terriable customer service. No English. No napkins. No forks. Won't ask for what side you want. Doesn't know there own menu. Dirty all over the place. Dont recommend at all.#trash

Drive through person kept asking my wife “ so you want the gravy instead of the fries,” to which my wife replied “no, I want the gravy AND the fries, I will use the gravy FOR the fries...” Entertaining at first, but he really wasn’t getting it. Then the fries supreme ended up being sad looking (see attached - clearly no pride in the work). I don’t eat Taco Bell often, but I was disappointed overall. I see on the ratings that I’m not alone on this. Oh well, lesson learned.
