First my draft beer was obviously sitting on the bar for a while because when it came it was actually warm. I ordered a Cobb salad. This is one of my favorite salads so I'm well aware of the ingredients. When it came, I noticed first the portion was small and that there was green onions on it. For those of you that don't eat a Cobb, there are no green onions in this salad. Rather than say anything, I just picked them out and ate what the cook thought was a Cobb so we could get out of there as everything was taking so long despite the fact that they weren't busy. It ended up bothering me enough they I called the next day to complain. I spoke to a manager who actually wanted to argue that he was in the kitchen and saw every salad that went out. When I asked him if was familiar with a Cobb's ingredients, he said yes. I asked if green onions were part of the ingredients, he said no. When I told him there were green onions in the salad, that stopped the arguing. He said he would leave a gift certificate at the bar for me as I was leaving the next day. When I stopped by, they had no idea what I was talking about and neither did the manager the bartender called. I said don't worry about it and left. So, I can say the service is terrible all the way across the board.... At this location anyway. I have been to other Montanas and they were good.

Enjoyed the surf and turf menu which is on for a limited time. It was cooked perfectly and the mashed potatoes were delicious. We ordered the mud cake for dessert - it was good. I wish there was cheesecake on the dessert menu. Speed was a bit slow but the waitstaff were friendly.

Do not order takeout online on a weekend during ski season. Your order will be very late and almost certainly wrong. Eating in this restaurant is exactly what you expect from a Montana's; decent food, decent service.

Waitress was nice. Ordered the AAA Sirloin medium rare Came out charred to $H1t med well 30 minutes later. I actually had to saw the char off. Brutal. I only knock the waitress because she actually brought it to me. She knew it was insanely overdone.... Of course steak was tough. Another Waitress was at the table beside us making cutlery sets and heard me complaining and did nothing. Just sat there and pretended not to hear. I like montanas but this place NEVER again.

Waitress Jody was amazing. Our meals came back overcooked. She not only replaced them but also took them off our bill.
