Perfectly nice and good value. Waiter was fun but the speed of food coming out was a little slow. Would also prefer to know what is not available before we make our menu choices - it was early evening after all!

After a day of sightseeing and touring London, we popped in here exhausted and loaded with shopping bags, so tired we honestly hadn't a clue where we were, staff so very friendly we used the facilities and had a drink, got our bearings then and decided to stay where we were. It's a warm and very welcoming place, drinks were great and lovely atmosphere. Will go back again.

The food was perfectly pleasant but many mistakes with orders or items not arriving at all. The staff seemed confused when we asked for them to bring us what we had ordered. Not a relaxing experience.

Food was quite tasteles, but the service (by Erald) was very good and professional. This place is only good for a pint of beer and I would never come back here to eat. The sliders were dry and, as small as they already are, had meat that only amounted to half of the tiny bun. The scallops were edible, but not tender at all, rather chewy. Lobster risotto had one imitation crab meat stick crushed to aid volume and the lobster itself was overcooked. Burger wasn't delicious at all, just bland and dry. Also, you might find it surprising that a place with the word "brasserie" in its name has no beef tartar. Overall, the atmosphere and service staff is great, but their food is their weakness.
