Nice place. Parking is a little weird as the place seems designed to serve the offices around it. Consequently when I went at 4pm on a Saturday it was mostly empty. The food was good and staff was fine. Probably the nicest Swiss Chalet I've been to. I would go again and may since I've been driving by it for years before deciding to stop in.

Skip this restaurant... for your own good... Had dinner here two weeks ago and regretted it. Had to wait 10 minutes to be seated because there was no hostess. The food was bland and expensive for what it was. Seriously, you could make a better meal at home for this kind of money. The buffalo wrap tasted like the cold wraps you get at a local grocery store. No flavour at all. There was a family sitting in the corner that had 4 uncontrollably loud children. They were causing such a disturbance that the manager had to approach them and she didn't seem like she knew what she was doing. The servers were walking back and forth making comments about the family (very unprofessional seeing as we could hear this...). At one point, a cook came bolting out of the kitchen doors and ran across the restaurant only to be chased by a server yelling "come back here". I wish these were lies but they are true. To top it off, a lady who was sitting in the booth behind us came over to our table mid-meal and started talking to us about how rude this family was being. She proceeded to stand there for 10 minutes talking and at one point slammed her fist on our table while making a joke. The only joke here was this restaurant. Our server was decent though so 2 stars for that.

Had food from this location here twice in 4 weeks. First time ate-in dining room. Food and service were okay, but nothing special, let's say 4 stars. Today office ordered in. Food was terrible: Ribs cold and greasy, fries soggy and tasteless, couldn't get sweet-potato fries as menu selection is not same as eat-in. 1 star for being barely edible. It takes less than 10 minutes to deliver to our office. Don't know what their excuse is. Would never recommend anyone to have Delivery from here.

Always a great meal at The Swiss. Rarely any problems. Wait staff are great.

The food is fine however the floors are very slippery and greasy. These folks need to use some soap when cleaning the floor. It's inmy opinion quite risky for falling. The staff are very kind and helpful.
