0 stars, I'm not allowed to post if I don't choose at least one. Lucky for them. The service was absolutely terrible, I pulled in the drive through at 8:50 pm on a Monday. We sat there for 5 minutes saying hello and wondering why nobody was answering us, as I start to get really angry they literally shut the lights off right in front of us. So not only did we sit there with no acknowledgement or service, they shut down their store in our face, and IT WAS BEFORE CLOSING TIME. They shut down at exactly 8:55 whenever they don't even close until 9. So we pull around and the girl slams the window shut as we're trying to approach the situation and acts like we aren't there. Then we call and a woman answers and why they closed when it's not even closing time, and her answer is because "we already pulled the food off and we're closed." Snobbiest attitude ever. We then ask to soeak to a manager and she states "i am the manager" in a smart ass giggle. Her name is Jessica and we went ahead and called corporate because that is just terrible customer service. I will NEVER go back yo this KFC. Really rude and unprofessional.

Food is decent, prices are okay. The drive-thru is goofy, you need to drive around the building to get to it.

Food tasted okay I guess. Except the macaroni tasted overcooked. The service was awful ! The girl named Amber had a very bad attitude and even huffed at my mother. We could also hear her almost screaming at other customers. The tables were disgusting. Not one clean. Gross.
