Very dirty inside. Odered a chilie dog was cold, took 20 minutes to reheat. Next to no one in there. Three people working, not busy at all. Will not eat there again. Needs cleaned shoes sticking to the floor.

Waited in the drive thru for half an hour for cold food behind two cars

So 2 and a half or so years ago, at high noon, me and my band homies were just chillin' after our performance, and we stopped at this restaurant for some food. We were gonna crack some cold ones, but THERE WAS no cold ones, for there was no ROOT BEER or ICE CREAM. Now back in my days, when I go to a A&W, I EXPECT ice cream and root beer, I mean A&W's speciality and name was based on ice cream and root beer, so when there is no root beer or ice cream, we all get triggered like the feminists on National gender day. Plus, not only there was no root beer and ice cream, one of my friends got their order messed up, like WHUT IN A&W-NATION? I would give 0 stars if I could, now I have to stick with McDonalds😢🙅‍♂️

Went there an hour before their stated hours of operation close time and they were rude. They stated that they close in a few minutes, and there was no way they could get us ice cream. What good is an a&w without ice cream. This has happened more than once, I will never return. Absolutely horrible management of a business.
