1. The owner introduces himself which may lead one to believe he is nice, but that is an act. He has very poor customer service skills. It shows he is just looking for the money. 2. The prices have increased during every visit and now the ingredients have been reduced. One item is listed on the menu as containing sweet potato, but "they don't include it anymore." Another lists pineapple as an ingredient, but "they don't include that anymore." 3. Dining in is a complete nightmare. It's too tiny. It's incredibly uncomfortable. They don't want you eating there: terrible attitude if you don't order the moment you sit down and you are rushed out after your food arrives (attempting to take my plate WHILE I'm eating). And portions are even smaller when dining in versus take out. Portions are not large to begin with, but when you eat there that $10 vegetable fried rice is served on a TINY plate the size of a tea cup saucer. 4. Now the restaurant is cash only. They have an ATM inside the dining area.

Horrible customer service and experience! The owner, Frank, is a sneaky, greedy man who does not respect women. He treated me and my party terribly because one of the dishes we ordered was not to our liking. Instead of taking it off our bill, he left the charge on and refused to remove it and on top of that he added 20% gratuity! He recommended the dish, and it was too sweet and swimming in gravy. He said we were not welcome back lol as if we’d go back. He never offered to substitute the order or ask if we wanted something else and then acted like a spoiled child and insulted us. This is how a restaurant owner in the Clearing area treats his customers. It’s unacceptable and Chicagoans will catch on. Don’t come into my neighborhood and treat me, my friends and neighbors so disrespectfully. I grew up here, my dad was CPD, I know these neighborhoods and these people, and you do not belong here taking advantage of us.

This was my First time here for a Friday evening, didn't realize the dinning area was very small and crowded, my buddy and I choose to order out, the owner introduced himself to us, he asked if we been there before we stated it was both of our 1st time, he stated there're running a bit behind. We choose to wait as we place our to go order, as time pass other people showed up was sited and place their order time past while Still waiting for our order, the individuals that came After us were already now eating, my buddy inform the owner of our wait period to which He said " Were running a bit behind" long story short His Coustomer Service is Very Poor, as we waited a Hour for food, when we explained to Him our long wait, He had the Nerve to tell us " Next time call in your order" what kind of business owner says this to their First Time Guest ?! Thank Goodness Chicago has other establishments where we can Invest our money and be Treated well. Though the food is good, an establishment should be run professionally, owner has POOR people Skills !

Delicious food and prompt service! The owner was very friendly and personally took care of us. The dining room is small, but it didn't bother us at all. Try the mango drink, it is fantastic!
