I use to work at a McDonald's, so I have a good understanding of how things back in the grill area work. There are timers for all the food and when they go off you throw the food away. This procedure is not being followed here. I got chicken nuggets so dry from sitting in the heat duct was past time that they cracked like chips when I bit into one. Waste of five dollars, I threw them in the trash. Absolutely unacceptable. Never going back.

Food could b better if it were cooked 2 order, served Hot. Of course the French Fries 4 the most part r. But I feel it would b better with real hot food. Like Burger king

They had to turn people away because they "weren't taking orders at this time", the drive-thru had at least 10 cars in it which was taking up the majority of the parking lot so leaving was a problem, the bathrooms were dirty, and the toilet paper dispenser was broken. I've been in some very well run and upscale McDonald's before and this one was nothing like them.

Slow disrespectful rude and more. I visited for a late night shift and they were doing a shift change but no one let me know as I sat in the Drive-Thru for over 15 minutes and when I finally asked what was the weight for they were rude disrespectful and nasty they made me wait I pulled out and then they took the next customers order I do not recommend this location for anyone to visit on a late night shift the manager was at the window and never said a thing
