Really first rate fare. Two visits for us during stays after long cross-country trips, both times excellent entrees and service. Good wine selection (with admission that we are wine peasants, blush). Be sure and give this place a try whether resident or visitor. You will not be disappointed with menu, service or food. This is a pretty 'nice' place, casual but not tees and flip-flops - fluff-up a bit!

Very good Italian cuisine! Wine bar with great selection and full service bar as well. Piano music creates a great ambience. Service is excellent!

Beautiful interior. Great service from people who truly care. Grab a cocktail from the bartender James and say hi to the owner Mo while you're in!

Reservation made for one and NOT upstairs. I was on time, seated upstairs and offered a less than desirable table against a wall closely facing table of other diners. Asked for a different table and got one by the rail over the stairs. Service was very SLOW. The owner/host was not customer friendly or accommodating. Disappointed! Was not the experience I was hoping for due to the nature of the occasion.

I thoroughly enjoyed DaVinci while staying in Salem. I ate here three nights because I loved the atmosphere and the staff. This is not a cookie cutter Italian restaurant—there are dishes here you won’t find anywhere else. The wine list is sophisticated, just the right balance of imports and local wines. Mo, the owner, is friendly and welcoming. The bartenders and waitstaff are attentive and they make great recommendations about menu items. Definitely make a point of going Thursday, Friday or Saturday to listen to Tom play piano!
