Top notch. Always great food, service, and atmosphere. Known for their steaks but great seafood and cocktails and wine selection. I've had their Grand Plateau seafood appetizer twice and it's oysters, shrimp, crab, lobster. Personally I like my lobster hot and with drawn butter. It's cold on this tray as it's supposed to be. The crab is preshelled. I will probably stick with their other apps in the future. I would say I'm a regular here as it's one of the best places in Memphis to eat.

This is an easy review to write. From the moment we walked in, we could tell that we were in for a good experience. Every employee that we saw greeted us and welcomed us. Even as we were being seated the servers and staff we passed all greeted us. That's a really nice touch. Our server, Jonathan Parnell, was at our table quickly and was very helpful. He recommended an excellent wine and then made great recommendations for our meals. He was very attentive throughout our meal but was never in the least overbearing. The food was absolutely incredible. I won't make any recommendations because I'm confident that anything you order will be amazing. On the way out, every employee that we passed thanked us for coming and said that they hoped we enjoyed our meal and would be back. We will.

Capital Grill is always good. We had several appetizers and most of us enjoyed the Calamari over the other choices. We had a large group and service was great. We did have 2 steaks that were under cooked, but it was corrected quickly. Wine list is extensive, but priced higher than similar top-notch restaurants. Side dishes are A la carte and most sides are enough for 2-3 servings.

The best seared tuna I've ever had. Had scalloped potatoes as a comfort side, and they did not disappoint! And of course, as with all restaurants in the chain, a beautiful setting with amazing service.

My family and I went to the Capital grille for my birthday celebration. The restaurant is gorgeous the service was excellent the people were friendly ,we even received a appetizer for our wait which was good. However our meals were very disappointing. It was 10 of us and no one had anything great to say about their meal except the macaroni dish one of my daughters ordered. My steak looked delicious but taste, I've had better. Just wasnt pleased with the food.
