The food was hot, and the service was friendly. My issue, however, was overall quality. The drive-thru card payment system has been broken for months. Today, the A/C inside was also evidently broken. The drink machine was also broken. The fountain drinks were not cold and there was no ice. While I was there, someone working said, "Were those on the floor?" I can only assume it was food, hopefully not mine. They were out of capri sun (not a big deal), so I opted for chocolate milk for my son. It was not very cold. My wife's chicken sandwich was not very fresh, and the bacon was burned. I had random bits of food on my sandwiches (a fry and some lettuce). Overall, it has never been the best, but this is the worst experience I've had with this location. I will not be going back until this place is updated and not falling apart. Also, it sounds like some of the employees need retraining. I try to give many of them the benefit of the doubt because it is likely their first job, but management needs to push for quality in food and service.

I don't know what's going on at this location but the store is so hot you can't breathe. My potato cakes were cooked hard as a brick, ice machine was empty and the service was at best mediocre! Last week the restaurant was closed and last year the restaurant was closed almost every week and one time was completely out of roast beef. I think they need management to step up their game! I won't be going back!

This location is badly outdated!! The dining room looks terrible!! This store needs to be remodeled and brought up to date. The management at this restaurant is a joke. Please remodel and clean the place up!!

you can't use the debit through drive through. Employees look rough and have poor customer service skills. The food tastes funny.

To everybody who is saying things about arbys, we look rough because it’s 100 over in the store and our customer service skills are dwindling because of the heat. We are doing as much as we can to make all of your experiences the best we can in the condidtions that we have in the store. I sincerely apologize for everybody’s complaints which are valid. But you have to understand that the conditions we are working in are working in are not feasible and we are trying our best for all of you because we really don’t want to disappoint you all. Thank you all for coming to our store, and I’m sorry to everybody we’ve disappointed.
