My wife and I have been dining here for over 20 years. The food is delicious and consistent and the waitstaff is always friendly. I don't wish to give the entire establishment a poor rating, however, our last two visits have really left us doubting their philosophy, if any, in guest relations. The managers here are easy to spot - they are not in the same attire as the waitstaff and there is usually only one or two of them. We usually like to talk with the manager on duty and we've always felt as though they were happy to reciprocate. However, the last two visits were definitely not so. Both times we tried to speak with a manager named Sabrina and we feel as though it was a terrible bother for her. She couldn't even force a smile while talking with us. At one point my wife asked her for extra lemons and she told us that she would "inform" our server? On our second visit we waved to her and she literally rolled her eyes while coming to our table. My wife was completely shocked of such bold impertinence. I truly am sorry if this old couple is such an inconvenience. I hope this review helps to serve a better approach to valuing your patrons.

The flavor is terrific and the service is awesome. We enjoyed our visit and we look forward to return next time we are home. We were looking for Pappadeaux but ended up here which I am sure they are owned by the same outfit. A great evening with good food!

Excellent service and the Halibut was cooked to perfection. This is the best seafood restaurant in Humble bar none. The restrooms are clean and they have wheelchair access. This is my go to spot when with clients and celebrations. Keep up the great service y’all are doing super.

I love seafood and this has got to be one of the best seafood restaurants in the United States. It’s been here for a long time and it is pretty consistent. Somewhat unique but part of a very successful chain. Clean, great service. Great food!!

Went for lunch since we had a gift card, I don't think we'd go otherwise. This place is so incredibly overpriced, it's amazing they stay in business. All the Pappas brands are super overpriced though. Just about $20 for 3 shrimp and a pound and a half of fries and a few chicken strips. Don't get me wrong, the food tasted great, but just 3 shrimp? My 5 year old had more shrimp from the kid's menu! Pretty much confirmed again why we don't frequent this place. Next time I want to blow $60 on lunch (no alcohol included btw), I'll find a more upscale restaurant.
