This location was recently remodeled, so when it re-opened, I was kinda excited. However, since the re-opening I think I have been here twice. The last time I visited this Jack In The Box, I drove thru the drive thru. No one ever got on the speaker, so I drove up to the window. The lights were all on, but the restaurant looked empty. After a few minutes, I ended up leaving and going somewhere else to pick up some food.

When they triple check your order and still cant get it all in the bag... something needs to change at this location. Got a refund and went to the Jack on blalock and clay, where they only have to hear your order one time and they get it right every time. Its worth the drive also because the Jack on clay actually charges whats on the drive thru menu. 9.37 at silber compared to 8.51 at clay for the same order. I think its about time the Silber jack just closed it's doors. Give up already. Not wasting my time or appetite here anymore.

Manager was willing to go make a special trip to the store for me to get me a large coffee cup.
