Terrible customer service. I came to this location on 3/19/18 with two friends, we went about 25 minutes before closing. The person at the front seemed very tentative, except for when they purchased the daily subs (Monday) and got charged full price for them on both transactions. They didn't correct the cashier because they weren't 100% sure it was the daily sandwich since the daily subs were not on display behind the counter on the boards, but on our way out we double checked it on the front door and it indeed was the daily sub deal. However, the real problem began when, at 9:58pm, the taller employee who we hadn't interacted with at all leaned over the register to announce that they close in two minutes. Me and one of my friends were done and were just waiting on our other friend to finish up the little bit of sandwich she had left. We acknowledged him, and said "okay", and he walked away. At 10:00 he walks to the front again, leans over the register and in an obviously annoyed voice says that they are now closed, and stands there waiting for us to get up and leave. I told him "yes, we heard you the first time" (LITERALLY two minutes ago) and he can clearly see that my friend, a guest at this store, is finishing up her sandwich and he proceeds to stand there staring say "soooo......", My friend then tells him "I'm almost done". He walks away shaking his head in annoyance. Are you serious? First, they were over charged, then you attempt to kick us all out? We finished and left at 10:02. Two minutes. Really? You couldn't wait two minutes? Pardon me, but if you walked into my job, I would not rush you out, because the guest is the reason you even have a job to begin with. The other person working that night was very sweet. So the one star is because of them and because I sadly cannot give a zero. That kind of behavior should not be tolerated. You should have better employee standards because your employees are a reflection of your store and business.
