It's the only McDonald's I know around here that has a play place. And my daughter loves it! They also have a small basketball hoop you can play with if you have some older kids. I am loveing McDonald's food lately. I feel like they are really trying to get better tasting fast food. Only down side was there is never anyone to take your order. They expect you to do it at the touch screen stand by the entrance. So if you have any extra requests, forget it. It's really hard to find someone to actually take your order the normal way.

After multiple bad experiences here, had to write a review. I have been to this McDonald's three times. Starting with ordering. What's the point of having the numbered markers to put on the table if the order is just going to be called out? Either have the markers and bring the order to the table, or don't have the markers at all. The place was empty, not like they were too busy to bring it out. Two out of the three times, my order was incorrect. Both times I brought my order up, I had to wait around five minutes just for someone to address me at the counter. When someone did finally notice me, their customer service skills were awful. No apology and acting like I was a nuisance. Definitely won't be a returning customer.

Food was just slightly warm. All tables were dirty except one with direct view to drive up window. Watched the girl working window looking at her phone and then she decided she was hungry. She got herself a sandwich and ate it between bagging orders. Had her sandwich laying right on stainless counter top. Can you imagine the germs going from her mouth onto the counter top and onto each wrapper. Really grossed me out! Nothing worse than watching someone eating while they are serving other people's food.

In the past week I've gone there twice. Both times I've waited at least 40 minutes and both times they weren't sure what we ordered. One of the orders was only two smoothies. None of the employees knew what they were doing and were seemed confused about their own jobs.

They just poured oreos on top of my ice cream. That's half ass service on a Mc Flurry. And I'm still waiting on my order. It's been 50 mins. Not even exaggerating the minutes. This place needs to be shutdown for training. I could've ordered a pizza and gotten a haircut. Flight time between San Francisco and Los Angeles is 50 mins. There's another person in the reviews said they waited 40 minutes. The store itself is nice but the speed of service needs improvement. They need a supervisor to do supervisor things.
