The staff is unprofessional and untrained. They didn't know the ingredients of the sandwiches. They made us change our choices twice because of lack of availability after we paid for our food. I wouldn't come again.

Hi I am commuter on SI Ferry and grab my breakfast at the St GeorgeTerminal AUbonPain. It was okay 2 years back but slowly they are reducing standards. The Bagel cream cheese is my routine, and they give very small amount of cheese not sufficient for the bagel at all. I end up eating the plain bagel in the end. The bagel is also not toasted properly. The staff are not friendly. I am not buying breakfast in aubponpain anymore.

Disgusting breakfast sandwiches that taste and looks improperly cooked. The sausage in my egg, sausage and bagel sandwich looked not fully cooked and tasted funny. A waste of $4.

Unprofessional staff, especially the one who often does the cash register furthest away from the entrance and closest to the employee room. She is always muttering something under her breath about the customers. This morning she happened to be standing in front of the cooker bar, and I said "excuse me" so as to get access. She moved reluctantly, as though I made an unusual request. She then went to the back room to complain to the next employee "Did you see how she (meaning me) pushed me?" (I did not lay a finger on her). All within earshot of where I was. Some people look for reasons to hate their job.
