Cherry Magnolia sundae was awesome!! Hamburger platters were very good and prepared to order. Would definitely recommend this location to friends. 😍

The marketing and design people responsible for this atrocity were clearly aiming for a "wholesome" look, but they overshot the mark by several light years and landed in the creepiest depths of the uncanny valley by mistake. It was *eerie* standing in that lobby. So much so that i almost missed the fact that there was nobody whatsoever there to seat us. We stood around for 5 minutes and then left. Every time I remember that place I feel like i was trapped in a lab experiment being run by space aliens who didn't know enough about humans to know that the place they'd created was surreal rather than comfortable.

Worsr place to go, tables are dirty, staff are rude, and food is disgusting and grossly over priced

Got in the restaurant at 5 PM and there was ONE waitress on the floor. She said she would be with us in a minute, and ran back to get more food. 13 minutes later we finally got seated. Sat for a few minutes before another server who had come in the door as we got seated came over with her mouth full of food, still chewing! Took 10 minutes for 2 fribble milkshakes and a coke. Got our appetizer AFTER she delivered it to the table behind us, and the child at that table grabbed a mozzarella stick and the parent threw it back on the plate. Got our food and the waitress checked back within 2 mins asking how it was, and then we didn't see her again, until several waves of our hand weren't acknowledged so we pushed the call waitress button. Couldn't even finish my salad because I needed more dressing and waited 15 minutes before we could even get a hold of her, in between her mouthfuls of food. She had no name tag on, and when I asked for a manager, she said there wasent one there. ABSOLUTE DISGRACE!!!!!

The service once we sat down was wonderful but when we got there it took almost 20 minutes to seat us. The restaurant was not busy but they were understaffed and no one was at the host station. I would not have minded so much but no one even greater us until we had been there for 15 minutes. Overall the food was yummy and the staff was nice but this was not the first time where it has looked like they were understaffed. I do recommend but just hope they can get the understaffing taken care of.
