I ADORE Manuel’s! I have been coming here for years and they NEVER disappoint. I was there last night for dinner and although late, we were welcomed, seated, and served. Staff is always friendly and attentive. They do their very best to ensure their customers are comfortable and taken care of. Even during an instance such as that of last night, the staff keeps calm and friendly. Like I said, we arrived a little around closing time yesterday, and so did another pair. We were greeted, seated, and the customer service was splendid. However, the other pair did not seem to think so. I was seated near these ladies and though I tried to disregard it, I could not help but overhear the tone and manner in which one of these ladies was responding to an employee. She was being approached by the employee, who mind you, was being polite, and immediately this woman reacts in such a negative manner. There was absolutely no reason for this customer to react the way she did, and there is no way to tell if she was just having a bad day or not, but if you are not in the mood for something, then do not go out to dinner. It’s sad. Everyone deserves the utmost respect in ANY setting, and I could not help but feel bad for the employee handling this customer. I just thought it necessary to include this in my review because it is unjust for someone to react negatively during a calm, non-confrontational instance. Have some respect. MANUELS YOU ARE GREAT!!!!!!

Our family has been coming here for over 10 yrs. Our children have moved away, so it's only my husband and I. We have our booth when we arrive and they already know our beverages. We don't need menus anymore because we know what we enjoy. Food is excellent and the staff are so friendly that we have become friends with everyone. It is a very quaint and quiet atmosphere, which we love. Not loud music. If you are in the neighborhood, stop in.

The Customer service is awful. Don't show up 30 mins before closing time because they will just keep hinting for you to leave. They started mopping with extremely strong smelling bleach before all the customers left literally right at 10 when they closed... not allowing all the tables to enjoy the meals they paid for peacefully without passive aggressively insinuating that everyone should leave. You would think with how slow this place always is that they would be happy and willing to seat customers until they ACTUALLY CLOSE. To top it off they took my food before I was done, didn't bring me enough change to make a tip after I paid cash, and then came and took the check/tip before I was even ready. Normally I tip over 20% which I WAS doing even with all the craziness that happened but when she came and asked me "are you done with that check" (aka did you put your tip in yet) I told her: "no you know what absolutely no. you can go ahead and bring me change for this so I can tip properly." (Which even with awful service I still tipped more than 15%) Clearly this restaurant doesn't care about customer service AT ALL! they just care about making a quick buck. This is probably the fifth or sixth time I've tried this place since I have lived across the street for three years and every time....the service sucks. The food is good! but the service SUCKSSSSS.

I walked in and was right away greeted. I ordered the Horchata which was delicious. The hostess never came back she was on her cell phone the whole time. The cook I think he was the cook because she dropped our drinks off and took our order, he also brought out our food. He also came to refill our drinks, but the hostess/ waitress never got off her phone. I believe she might have been the owner. The combo fajitas were ok, not the best I have eaten and the tortillas are not hand made which to me is huge for a Mexican restaurant. If it wasn't for the male that attended us I would have left with my family.

Come to Manuel’s during my break. It’s quick. It’s delicious. It’s filling. Staff is always friendly. Would definitely recommend to try it out!
