This store is terrible!!!!!!! My first experience with them was in December 2017 when I purchased a dishwasher from them. The service was lacking through the purchase, but I was able to buy the dishwasher I wanted. I purchased a stainless steel exterior with stainless steel interior tub. (one of the higher end models) They brought the box out and loaded in the car. We got home and opened the box only to find that they had given us a white plastic dishwasher! upon returning to the store found that this was the cheapest ($299) model they carried. At no time was there an apology, any consideration for the lost time of having to make an unnecessary trip back to the store, or any sort of discount offered. We were told it was no big deal!!!! I have to wonder if they would have felt the same way if I had ended up with a dishwasher that was worth three times what I paid, instead of 1/3 of what I paid.........My second experience was last night, I thought the first experience must have been a fluke, I will try again with a washer. The sales person clearly is NOT a sales person, as they made every comment to indicate they did not have it, nor would any other store, and if I wanted to order it, it would take two weeks or longer. At which time I did reply out loud, " it would appear you are not interested in selling a product this evening, maybe we should buy somewhere else." his reply, " that works for me." UNBELIEVABLE!!!!
