I have used this company several times at my house and my parents. Fantastic job, price and professionalism.

The weather I would describe this business is a long-standing business that should update its processes in order to stay competitive. Del was friendly, but it seemed a little strange to me how they have patterns they could not guarantee if they are available but yet they are hanging in there showroom. I don't just mean out of stock but mean I may not be able to get them from the manufacturer. They also apparently pass on a $75 freight charge on to the customer instead of incorporating it into their price per yard. Since its a $75 delivery charge I have to pay anyway I asked if it was possible if they could just deliver it to my house since I'm having to pay the business to ship it to them it might as well ship it to me. Unfortunately he said that wasn't possible. Limited selection. And most at $13 a yard.

Called to see if they would do a site visit for a quote for a commercial property and the person that answered the phone was rude and insisted that we come in. I explained that the other 2 companies did not require that and he said that's ok, fine and hung up. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL
