Brent's Carpet One Floor & Home

David is very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. He is better than our designer quite frankly. We ended up wondering what we needed her for. The store isn't large, but big enough to give you samples of everything you need for your flooring needs. They can order anything so the sky's the limit.

David was very helpful in helping us select carpet and their installers were great. Would definitely recommend his company.

I needed to have new flooring, kitchen, baths, and carpeting done thru out my home. It had been 20 years since all of said flooring was done. As usual, I went to Home Depot, Lowe's and had a salesman from Empire Carpet come to my home. All of the above did not have near what I was looking for. The main problem being, color. All I saw was boring, boring and more boring colors. I wanted to give my home a real lift, color wise that would also be pleasing to the eye and make my home feel, not only welcoming, but a feel of warmth, a place that makes all who come here feel at home. Having lived in the Santa Clarita Valley for many years, I knew that Brent's Carpet One had also been here for a long time. So, off I went to Brent's to check out what they had. When I entered their store, I looked around. David came up to me and asked what I was looking for. In our conversation I mentioned that I was wondering if they carried bright colors like Teal etc. He immediately showed me the color that I wanted. Purple. Yes, Purple. I just loved it and also knew that I was stepping way out of the box on this one. My purple carpet was installed and I am delighted to say the least. So far, anyone who has seen it, has liked it a lot. I have asked all of them to be very, very honest on it, but all still say they like it. It brings, life, joy and a complete difference into my home. So I went back to David and spoke to him about my kitchen and baths. Again he came thru and as of this writing I now have beautiful flooring in my kitchen and baths. Thank you David. I would, without question, recommend Brent's Carpet One for anyone who is looking to make their home beautiful. Also, the installers who came here were very, very professional. They worked very hard to do a wonderful job and accomplished just that. Thank you, David, installers and everyone connected with my flooring purchase. As a footnote, when I had a Salesman from Empire come here, it was at a time when they were, as usual, having a sale. He showed me his samples, and then measured my home. I told him that "I am sorry, but I just do not care for the color selection you have". But, here is the real kicker, when Empire measured my home he came up with 250 sq feet MORE than David did, which means that they may be having a sale but they up your sq. footage to charge you more. Nice right. Buyer beware!!!!

We decided to try Brent's Carpet One after management changed at the flooring company we have used for many years. We walked into the store knowing exactly what we needed. We were directed by David where to look through the samples. We were left alone to make our decisions. We prefer not having sales people hovering over us trying to sway us to something we really don't like or want. When we had made our decision, David was excellent in completing our transaction. He asked us questions to help us through the process, rather than telling us what it should be. He took his time with us and explained the product and process of our sale.

I just had another installation done by Brent's Carpet One and I wouldn't go anywhere else. They were able to match the wood flooring from the previous job as we wanted to extend it to the living room and dining room. You would never be able to tell they were installed 5 years part. We also had the rest of the house re carpeted. The installed for both projects did a wonderful job and I sincerely appreciated all their hard work. Very courteous and respectful. David, our salesman was very patient with me as I tried to decide on the right color. He also worked with us on pricing and gave us a great deal. I would truly recommend looking at Brent's for any flooring needs.
