Lowe's has always been my favorite. It seems to be cleaner and better organized. Went to the outdoor section had the plants we needed at a fair price. Most of the plants were in good shape and watered. Check out at the gate was fast.

This store seems to never has treated 2x2 lumber in stock which are in decent condition. Its always crooked, mangled, very few and no straight or decent one, this is not the first time i had to walk away with nothing when come there for it. Good thing that the Home Depot is right next to them and they always have the right lumber in stock.

Went there for a dryer and they had an amazing selection of appliances. I found exactly what I needed and the service was quick and the staff were amazing and so kind.

Nothing but trouble. In Sept of 2017 I went in to buy an entire suite of appliances - kitchen and laundry - for my new home. Settled on GE for the kitchen and Maytag for the laundry. My kitchen needed a downdraft, slide in range, microwave drawer, fridge, & dishwasher. 1 month later they went on super sale and I had to ask for a price adjustment - at that time they literally added more appliance warranties I didn't need (those are impossible to get refunds on). Later I found out that they sold me a GE downdraft and slide in stove that did not work together - literally could not be installed together. I figured it out by accident and called GE to confirm. This is after I had already ordered the cabinets to fit those appliances. I could not change my cabinet order so I needed to change my appliances . the only appliances that would fit in my new cabinets were Kitchenaide that increased my purchase by thousands. When they did that refund they charged me for more appliance warranties AND forgot to include the parts I needed to install - that I had alredy bought with the GE appliances. So, now they don't have the parts to install being delivered with the appliances. They cancelled my installs so I had to ask for them later by returning to the store. The new fridge would take 6 months to get in! So, they rang up all of the appliances on the same PO. This made it so I could not get the others appliances devliered to the house to install before the fridge. I had no idea! So there I was waiting for my appliances for months and never got a call. I had to go in again! They had to refund and redo the order...AGAIN...so I could get the other appliances in the house and have them installed! In the mean time, they tried to deliver the washer/dryer with no installation parts or phone call before hand. I never got an installation call...EVER from this store. These are parts I had already bought that they said they would bring with them. I rescheduled only to have them do it again but this time brought the WRONG parts to install and no call or warning. They NEVER called us to schedule these installations - just showed up at a house that is under construction and called to say they were there with us rushing out. THEN....they did the same thing with the fridge - just showed up...no parts to install, that I pre-ordered to have them bring with them. I have to call this store...AGAIN and complain AGAIN. The worst part - I've been working with a manager to get this done. They have cost me so much time and money because I can't move into my house... that is now done. It took less time to gut and rebuild and entire house as it is to get my appliances from this store - NEVER AGAIN will I shop at Lowe's after this. Still waiting for you guys to come back and finish installing my windows that you forgot to finish in the garage! Any day now! I was going to get my shower doors there but the ordering time and call back has been ridiculous! So, not going to order any more SOS from there. 30k on a Lowe's charge card and this is what I get...BAD service. Just awful!
