By far the most trustworthy and reliable automotive repair business around. Jeff is very kind and explains everything in a way that an average person such as myself can understand. They are very honest and do not sell you unnecessary parts. I only trust the Herold's with my car!

Jeff and jay and the whole Herold family. Just wow. From the most caring knowledgeable and friendly people. To caring and understanding. Jeff and jay (out in Parma) are outstanding. Always willing to help and provide the best service possible. Military friendly too, willing to help where they can. I owe them, they rock! Give them a shot and tell them nick sent you! You won’t be disappointed!

Harold's has always been very good to me. They understand my individual needs and work with me to accommodate them with regards to my car. I cannot recommend them more.

Just picked up some new tires for my car today. Decent out the door price and with their savings card the alignment was cheaper than surrounding competitors. The staff was friendly and helpful, so far I am pleased with the Cooper tires they installed and would go back. They may try and up-sell you on some additional services, or make maintenance suggestions, however they were not pushy about it like other shops I have visited.

Personable, quick, fairly priced, free use of a Keurig, and a very cozy couch. Fantastic.
