A few years ago I was introduced to Bill by a mutual Facebook friend when I decided to move back to Kingston from overseas. Once the dates were confirmed, Bill managed to find a short term rental property for us and our two dogs for when we arrived in Canada. The next few weeks were spent looking at homes to purchase, and Bill was very patient and helpful in every way. Bill found us the perfect house and in we moved – we loved it! Unfortunately, after a year in the new house, I could no longer manage the stairs due to illness and decided to downsize. Bill listed my house and it sold within two days with multiple offers. No dramas, no surprizes and no disappointments at all. Bill has remained a very good friend the past few years, and his enthusiasm for his profession never wanes. He really does go above and beyond to assist his clients with every aspect of buying and selling. His honesty and integrity is refreshing and I would highly recommend Bill for all of your real estate needs. Sincerely, N. Hall

My wife are were very pleased with Bill's help in finding our new home in Kingston. Bill's knowledge of the Kingston area is impressive and he was able to quickly spot locations and house issues that would not have worked for us. He knew exactly what we were looking for and spent a number of days with us touring houses. Interestingly, we ended up buying the first house we looked at with him. I highly recommend him. His laid back, no pressure, approach coupled with his obvious knowledge of the area and real estate made him the perfect agent for us.
