If I could give a 0, I would. Micheal Verrelli is unprofessional, a liar, and I did not feel safe! I was renting a condo in Etobicoke and he is the relator for my landlords. He gave someone the lockbox number and they helped themselves into my condo an hour and 15 minutes before the actual showing time and we had requested a 24 hour notice for booking so we could be out to accommodate. I was in my condo alone and some lady open my door with no knock, no announcement, she just walked in and LET HERSELF IN! After she realized there was someone living there, She apologized for not knowing it was vacant and immediately shut the door. When Myself and my boyfriend called Micheal to ask him why he would give someone the lockbox number for the condo key an hour before the showing and why he wouldn’t tell the lady the condo was vacant? He didn’t even apologize instead he just made accusations like “well your girlfriend let her in” and turn the story around to make it seem like my fault. Are yo

I went to pay my deposit check with my family but had to wait while everyone was hanging around to busy laughing and gossiping to help. Then some rude person in a suit walks out of an office laughing really loud and swearing a couple of times with the f word in front of my little kids as he walked by us in the lobby. My wife had to stop me from saying something to this goof. That was really unprofessional and we're glad we don't ever have to come back!
