They paired me with a sales representative who wasn't serious and continuously cancelled viewings the day of. Kept treating me like I didn't matter and they didn't really want to work. If you re not making them commission or buying a house then you might as well get lost. I will not EVER recommend any of my friends or family member to go through this agency. I had rented from them in the past as well and they had me move into an illegal basement even though I had asked if the unit was legal. they only care about their bottom line. worst of the worst.

Dealing with one of this brokerage's agents, Muhammad has been an absolutely terrible experience. He was the listing agent for a rental property in Milton that my partner and I were very interested in. We went through a separate agent, who discussed our offer with Muhammad. After submitting our offer with all required documents - credit checks, proof of employment, proof of salary, reference letters, the works - we gave Muhammad and his clients 24 hours to think about our offer. Within those 24 hours, we received word from Muhammad that his clients wanted us to move in earlier than our request move-in date; that was fine with us and our agent communicated that to him. From that moment on, we never heard from Muhammad or his clients again. After countless attempts on behalf of our agent to reach Muhammed, the deadline passed without a word from him. I understand that the owners of the property have the right to not accept our offer, but when they come back with a counter offer and we agree to that offer, some communication after that is expected. With the permission of our agent, we reached out to Muhammed directly the next day, as he was blocking our agent's calls. I eventually reached Muhammad and received extremely ignorant attitude from him. I tried to inquire about both the initial offer and the counteroffer, and said that we were fine with moving in earlier - I also asked if there was a reason why they never responded to us - did they have questions about our employment? salary? Every time I tried to speak to Muhammad, he rudely interrupted me. Eventually, he responded that he would not speak to us and to speak to our sales person, our offer had been terminated and proceeded to hang up, mid-conversation, with no further explanation. So my question is if he is blocking my sales reps calls how are we to get closure if he isnt speaking to her? As much as I would rather speak to Muhammad directly about this, and try to get to the bottom of why we were treated the way that we were treated, his lack of communication has left me with no choice but to leave this review. It has been a very disappointing experience, and it's very sad that this ignorant agent is the roadblock standing in the way of the townhouse that my partner and I had our hearts set on renting.

The disgraceful and despicable actions of this agency should be considered against the law. Under the RECO code of ethics, real estate agents have an obligation to protect the public from fraud, misrepresentation or unethical practice. They must deal fairly, honestly and with integrity with the public and other agents. Century 21 People's Choice Realty Inc. does none of these things. For the people that have not had a disservice by this agency you where the lucky ones!
