Michael Cortesis of ReMax was our agent in selling our high-end home. The write-up, video, and professional quality pictures show-cased our home to perfection. This generated multiple offers in 5 days and resulted in an over asking sale price. Michael described our sale as "story book". Michael was prompt, courteous, and energetic, and had a great sales strategy. He was a pleasure to work with. We would recommend Michael to anyone who has a home to sell.

We have recently sold our Condo here in Cobourg with Michael who came highly recommended ,We now know why. His keen knowledge and expertise in todays questionable market was implemented to achieve the final results to our complete satisfaction. As seniors we have sold five homes over sixty yrs and have never experienced such wonderful service .Even after the sale was finalized we were surprised by his unannounced appearance at our door on moving day with lunch in hand for the moving crew. "What a guy, " How can we not highly recommend him to anyone wishing to sell their home . Michael thank you for your great service and continue making more home sellers happy. Rod & Marie Hum

I recently met with Michael to discuss the potential sale of a condo. I found him to be highly professional, courteous, and kind. He didn't try to pressure me into selling immediately, and I was grateful for that. He clearly knows the Cobourg market very well, and is well connected in the community.

Elaine Yates was always extremely helpful and generous with her time and continued to regularly communicate with us, providing insightful market and neighbourhood information. This was particularly important to us and very much appreciated as we were from out of town. While we ultimately ended up moving to another province, we would not hesitate to recommend her for real estate dealings in and around the Northumberland County.

We have worked with several agents in buying and selling homes and hands down, Elaine has been the most responsive and knowledgeable realtor we have worked with. She worked with our needs and wants and expertly guided us through the process, consistently keeping in touch. I will recommend Elaine to friends and family. Thank you Elaine!
