Best real estate agent ever tell me a perfect property and he can sell anything

Dec 4, 2017
Tony Pulla is the guy to hire if you want action. We entered the market (with a different realtor) right at the end of the near-dream-conditions of spring 2017 here in Northumberland, only to have our house sit with lots of showings but no offers as the market tanked. As soon as we brought him in, Tony marketed us aggressively in the GTA and sold our house for near-asking in what had become a very, very difficult market. Thanks Tony to you and your team! We have dealt with Tony on numerous occasions over the last 15 years. He and his team are very conscientious and professional. Successfully represented us in both buying and selling capacities.

I have used Tony's Remax website to view various properties over the years. Sadly, it has been my continued experience to be unable to access important and key points: mapping the property has been one of them, as was the 'not-more-than 500 character' inquiry. Even at far less than the 500 character limit, my previous requests would not process, forcing me to call the office. In some instances potential clients only wish to do so when they truly feel the property is a fit for them; to have to contact the office prematurely wastes the client's and Tony's time. These two issues have occurred regularly in the past. Additionally, it has also been my experience not to have all pertinent information made available on the listing, or made available at all, via Tony or his staff. While the purchase cost of the home needs to be considered, so do the annual maintenance and operating costs of the home or property. This information should be on file and readily available to all potential home purchasers upon request. In closing, most potential home buyers surf the web for homes and properties of interest. Please ensure your website is fully functional and accessible; respond to client calls within a reasonable timeframe, and make available all information pertaining to any malfunctions or upgrades made to the home, operating costs, utilities available and municipal restrictions. It is your duty to be informed, and share that knowledge to educate potential home buyers to ensure the right home goes to the right buyer. There are plenty of agents out there who will go the extra distance to provide a positive, exciting and satisfying client experience. The 'No Surprises' afterthefact, will guarantee good, free advertising and future listings.
